Our Story…
Bellugo began in Louisville, Kentucky with two pugs and two dreamers. Our black pug, Bella, and our fawn pug, Hugo, became the inspiration behind our name and the heart of our bakery. Just like them, we believe that life feels more complete when it is filled with love, laughter, and small indulgences that bring joy.
As a couple, we have always shared two passions: our pups and our love for cheesecake. For us, cheesecake is not simply dessert. It is a reason to gather with friends, a way to celebrate milestones, and a reminder to slow down and enjoy life’s sweetest moments.
We are committed to using only high-quality ingredients so that every slice feels wholesome and genuine. You will never find ultra-processed shortcuts in our kitchen.
